This series of fully automatic capsule filling machines adopts PLC programming, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, human-machine interface operation, and touch screen display. Automatic alarm display and shutdown for operational faults or material shortages, and automatic elimination of alarms after troubleshooting. The machine also has a three-level password control system, parameter settings, printing data, zeroing and other functions to prevent non professionals from arbitrarily operating and affecting the operation of the machine. All key components such as transmission shafts, camshafts, bearings, etc. of the machine are made of imported materials, ensuring reliable equipment quality. It is an ideal equipment for filling capsule drugs and meets GMP requirements.

Machine characteristics

1. Small size, low energy consumption, fast mold replacement, easy operation, and easy cleaning;

2. Adopting Ferguson transmission, with low vibration, the working noise during high-speed operation is less than 75dB, and the dose difference is controlled within 3%; Domestic mechanism capsule production rate is 99%

3. The rotating part is fully enclosed, with good lubrication conditions, and the workbench is free of oil stains, avoiding cross contamination with drugs;

4. There are barriers around the dose tray, which effectively recycle and reuse the powder thrown out from the lower surface of the dose tray through another pipeline, while reducing dust on the workbench;

5. The machine adopts Siemens' human-machine interface, PLC programmable controller, LCD display of output per minute, cumulative output, dynamic empty capsule and powder status, capsule shortage alarm prompt and automatic powder shortage when the powder is insufficient
